Privacy Policy

Nicho Reservas is operated by ELE Studio LLC. This policy explains what data we process and why. We distinguish two roles: the business (our customer, who creates an account) and the end client (who books an appointment with that business).

Data of the business

We store your name, email, password (hashed with bcrypt), business details, branding and billing status. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card never touches our servers.

Data of end clients

When someone books, we store their name, email and phone encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM), plus their booking history, form answers and any documents they upload. This data belongs to the business they booked with: we process it only to run the booking service and never sell it or use it for advertising.

Artificial intelligence

The AI analyst works over aggregated figures. Before any data reaches the model (Google Gemini), client names are replaced with aliases; the model never sees who is who.

Subprocessors

Render (hosting), Supabase (database and storage), Stripe (payments), Amazon SES (email) and Google Gemini (AI, pseudonymized).

Retention and deletion

Documents uploaded for an appointment are automatically purged after the appointment. A business can export its client list at any time and can request full account deletion at help@elestudio.app.
