Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription anytime from Settings, with no penalty. Your account keeps its paid features until the end of the billing cycle and then drops to the free plan — your page, clients and history remain.

Charges already made

Monthly charges already processed are non-refundable, since the service was available during that period. If you believe there was a billing error (duplicate charge, charge after cancelling), write to help@elestudio.app and we will fix it.

Before leaving

Export your client list and your bookings before closing your account permanently: full deletion is irreversible.
